Packaged services are designed for those not familiar with exporting or unsure their needs, to easily select services base on the different stage of export. Tailor solutions are a list of options for customizing specific needs. What is a service package?
A service package is a bundle of services with specific focus or best applicable for different stage of export. How to order a service package?
You can start by sending an inquiry to the service provider to check if that package is applicable to your requirements. If the package meets your requirements, you can proceed to order with the 'Purchase' button. Can we have a service package customized to our specific requirements?
Yes. You can identify the on-demand services you need for your requirements. Use the 'Service Request' form to contact ExportRim. We will recommend suitable partners. Alternatively, you can first list your requirements on the 'Service Request' form. ExportRim will match the partners to your needs. Note that one package may be served by more than one partner. Could a service package involves more than one ExportRim partner?
A service package may have one or more ExportRim partner providing service, as each partner may work on their most specialized area. Is service package available for different countries?
The service package is opened to all ExportRim partners based in different countries to offer to the general users. The availability is subject to the commitment from ExportRim partners. Can we stop unused tailor solutions?
Yes, a surcharge of 30% of the remaining balance will be deducted. Most of the surcharge is to compensate for the resources an ExportRim partner already spent for providing the service, and the remaining will be administrative fee.
