How much does it cost to register?

There is no charge for guest membership.

How can ExportRim help my business?

ExportRim provides a comprehensive multi-lingual import/export platform to bridge international trades with Asian countries. Language barrier is the most challenging barrier to reach key Asian decision makers. ExportRim platform allows you to post information in different Asian languages and can help you to communicate, follow-up and take orders.

How to list my company?

Every member can list their company information. You can add your company in your account. Refer to the 'User Guide - Add Company'.

Can I list in multiple languages?

Premium members can have dedicated profile pages for any of the languages supported on this platform. Please contact membership support to add language specific profile pages.

Do I have to register to view listings?

Yes. After you register, you can view listings, trade inquiries, and information to make new business contacts.

Why my company is not listed?

Only exporters are listed. You need to check the 'Export' checkbox to indicate that you are an exporter.

What is the difference between the basic and featured listing?

Basic listings are usually used by small businesses to reach other small businesses. Featured listings are available for premium members with comprehensive details and online catalog.

How to cancel my account?

First, you have to log in to your account and select 'Profile' on the side menu. Go to the bottom of the Profile form page and click 'Cancel my account'. Note: All your business details, messages, contacts, and other postings will be deleted.

Why is my account terminated?

Your account is terminated because you have misused the platform. Misuse can include but not limited to false business listing, spam messages, bad business ratings and posting of misleading information.
