By creating an account or using the ExportRim services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization (such as an SME), you are agreeing to these terms for that organization.

2. Description of Service

ExportRim provides a platform connecting exporters with freelance local sales representatives. We facilitate matchmaking, onboarding, and reporting for international sales representation.

3. User Registration Obligations

• Exporters: You agree to provide accurate product information and honor the hours agreed upon with sales representatives.
• Sales Representatives: You agree to represent the client’s brand professionally and provide accurate activity reports.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for the selected packages (e.g., Market Entry, Growth, or Expansion) in advance or as otherwise specified in a custom quote.

ExportRim facilitates the distribution of fees to representatives based on verified hours or project milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

ExportRim acts as a facilitator. While we vet all representatives, we are not responsible for the specific sales outcomes or the individual conduct of representatives beyond the scope of our platform's management tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both exporters and sales representatives agree to keep sensitive business data, including lead lists, pricing strategies, and product specifications, confidential.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or fail to meet payment obligations.

8. Changes to Terms

ExportRim may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
